i want to loss my boring weight.i don't know what can i do!
now 166.7 lbs! :s
please give me full step by step instruction for loss my harmful weight.

    This is very hard to achieve. Have you put your profile into MFP and if you have how much weight have you put that you want to lose each week? That is how many calories you need to stick to each day. Then you have to plan out what you want to eat within that allowance. Only you can decide that.

    You are more than welcome to add me as a friend and then check my diet plan.

    Planning - Planning - Planning is the key. Then 2nd sticking to the plan. try to do some exercise which will help.
