I haven't been feeling good about my self lately I went from 214-194 and for some reason I just don't feel like it is good enough I want to look in the mirror and feel good about my self not having to look away.

Congratulations on your loss! That's great! I started around there also, I'm 135 lbs now. My motivation has come and gone several times throughout this process but what helps me is routine. I force myself to keep up my daily routine, even when I don't want to. Once something is routine, it comes more easily in time. Just keep up the good work and remember why you started in the first place!0

Thanks, I am border line I wanted to lose the weight so I started to notice I look really nice in smaller size clothes. But with two small kids and having to juggle my schedule around my mothers much time to squeeze in a 20 minute workout. I stopped eating after six and hopefully I can finally work out today after two weeks of not working out.0

Keep up the good work. Sometimes being "unhappy" with the way we look is the motivation we need to get going! I feel that about myself/ I have to be fed up and tired of it... Slow and steady- I need encouragement too. I have been "fit" my whole life and turned 40 and the health problems began. Metabolism is totally changed.0

Congratulations on your weight loss! I find it's best when you feel like quitting to just force yourself to push through it. In the end you are happier for it and when the numbers go down, whether it is on the scale or on the measuring tape you'll be glad you did. I agree with the earlier reply trying to stick to a schedule is best even though it is very hard. I like that myfitness pal reminds me to log in if I haven't. Knowing I have to put down everything I put in my mouth keeps me from doing it! Good luck. Keep the faith.0

You have done so, so well already! Don't quit now! I know it can be hard to fit in exercise when you are busy, but remember that weightloss is 80% nutrition, so even if you don't work out at all, you will still lose weight. So do what you can!0

It's okay if you miss a workout , as long as your eating at a deficit you'll lose weight.
Eating after six is fine. I eat at midnight! It's about calories in, calories out. Meal timing has nothing to do with it. Just eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight. Weigh everything you consume with a food scale and make sure that you log it accurately on here. It's as simple as that. Get yourself back into the habit and after a while, it'll stick.0 -
I'm always afraid to eat I feel like I'm am over eater I never know when to stop for some reason I can eat and eat and eat and then feel guilty about it later and then try and bring it back up I don't want to have to do that anymore and I try my hardest to stay out of the kitchen during the day and keep water by my side and be full with water.0
