Anyone have good experience with 9 Rounds Fitness?

I'm particulary interested if you lost any weight there, how much, and over what time period.

    I go to a place similar to 9 Round. I have lost weight-14lb. But the most important thing is I gained back 7lb. and lost 2" in the waist.

    I prefer it because of my age.

    I have lost 16 pounds in 3 months there. I love the one by me, the trainers are awesome!

    At the one I'm about to join, all of the gear is part of the first month's payment. They have demo gloves but the expectation is you buy your own.
