I make greek yogurt parfaits--layer the yogurt with whatever fruit you like--these days I am using berries and melon and a sprinkling of granola or grape nuts for crunch. I also make smoothies with yogurt, frozen fruit (mango is especially yummy) and water to thin to your liking. Whirl in blender. You can add sweetner if you like, but I find the fruit is usually sweet enough for me. Sometimes I'll add a shake or two of cinnamon or ginger to the mix. If you need something to go with it, try a vita-muffin top (freezer section at the grocery, with the "healthy foods"). They come in a variety of flavors, have a respectable amount of fiber and are 100 calories.

I usually end up making myself up an omelette with 1 ounce chicken and a cup of veggies and half cup fruit!

I've recently developed an intolerance to eggs :'( so my go to is usually fast fry steak with diced peppers and mushrooms, or a bagel thin with low fat cream cheese and some deli ham or turkey.
