How do you log your 30 Day Shred session on MFP?

Just wondering what you all use to log your 30 Day Shred session? Obviously it's pretty difficult to know how much you're burning and there's different levels, so just wondering how you guys do it? Considering a HRM!

    I just log it as circuit training general. I seen alot of posts where people do that as well. I want an HRM but have to save up for one :)

    i log it as circuit training but i've seen other posts that talk about how much they've burnt with a heart monitor and it seems to be between 200-300 so i tend to log mine as 30 mins because 20 mins only comes up as 113 or something

    I heavily depend on my HRM to do all the work for me.

    I've seen a HRM in my local supermarket for £25 but I'm not sure whether it's the kind of thing that you really have to spend decent money on to get one that's even close to being alright!
