Hey guys,
After much help from all you fantastic peeps on here, i got myself a Lesley Sansone DVD (Walk 2 Miles)
I have done it a couple of times this week (although only 1 mile so far - working up to 2)
I have been logging it as walking 3.5mph, but just wondered if this is the same as what everyone else is doing, or should i be logging as something different?
Thank you

She says her indoor walk are at a rate of 4 mph so if you keep at her pace, I would log it at that. Depending on the workout I sometimes log them as "aerobics general".0

Logging as low impact aerobics works well also. I you have a Leslie workout with "boosted walking" ... jogging - you could log part of the workout as high impact aerobics.0

I usually enter it as 3.5 mph for the length of time listed on the package. I do this because at the beginning and end of the "walk" you have a slower pace than during the main portion. Her 3 mile walks are great for doing during an hour long TV show. I run the DVD on my laptop on very low volume while watching what ever on TV.0
