hello everyone
I would love to lose weight but it seems impossible. I have been doing T25 for over a month with no significant impact. I am tracking food also with no help. I have trouble eating a breakfast that keeps me full until lunch. Any ideas or words of wisdom?

Yes. Follow the calorie goal MFP has set for you, log honestly and accurately using the correct database entries and give it time. I also recommend a food scale to help keep track of portions.

Are you weighing your food? Are you logging it in MFP? How often are you doing T25?

T25 5 days a week. I am ordering a food scale this week.

It will be so much easier when you get the scale. You don't realize what a hassle estimating is until you don't have to do it. For breakfast, have you tried going heavy on protein and fiber (e.g. black bean egg scramble)? What have you tried for breakfast? Some things keep you fuller than others?

You can pick up a food scale in just about any grocery store or department store. And they're inexpensive.

Losing weight is a mental game, even when you feel hungry the chances are your body does not actually require food. Drink water to stay satiated between meals, eat your caloric goal and you'll lose weight

Make sure you're logging accurately. Are you eating enough? Maybe try doing your TDEE - 20% for a couple weeks and see if that helps? When I started T25 it took about 3-4 weeks before I lost anything and it has been pretty slow losing, but it's finally going at least. It's pretty important to get in breakfast - can you do a protein shake?
