Tips for curbing cravings on low carb??

My weaknesses are bread and crisps mainly. Used to consume 100s of grams of the stuff!!!
Managed to only have 30g of carbs today AND went to the gym! Result!
Had to work hard to resist a few strong cravings - any advice on how to handle these more easily??

I'm all alone on here so any chat would be great! Xx

    I like going into the gym prepared for war....which means I fuel my body with the proper carbs before, during and slam them after weight training. Guess I love me some carbs.
