Birthday Depression

Hmmm....i cant really put my finger on it, but in the days/weeks running up to my birthday, i always start to feel down. Today's the day, and although i put on a bit of a smile and go 'through the motions', i just feel meh. Normal service will be resumed in a few days time i'm sure, it usually is.

    I find the same, I used to try and do things and it never lived up to the expectation, now I ignore it and be a bit down because I've given up on it.
