hi guys really struggling, my meals are always too carb and sugar high but aren't always high in fat or calories, I hate salad (lettuce etc) can you give me examples of your daily meals for 1,200 calories? thanks or even tips! (trying to be healthy with porridge and apples but too much sugar)

Oatmeal and apples are good for you... You need to eat more than just these two foods.

How about some meat, chicken, fish, cheese, yogurt, nuts, veggies, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and fruit and the list goes on and on..

I love to make a cauliflower, broccoli, cheese and pasta bake for my work lunch which I just heat up. Makes sure I get some veg in at lunch when I used to rely on bread or wraps. For a good breakfast or snack, I make my own granola (toast oats in the oven, add vanilla essence, maple syrup and vegetable oil to combine) then put this in a mason jar layererd up with raspberries, coconut and low fat greek yoghurt. Also, if you're a sucker for chips and white potato like I am, swap for sweet potato. Sweet potato sliced thinly, sprayed with sopme frylite, and then add black pepper and paprika and serve with a little garlic mayo or make your own. Stunning. A good snack is pieces of apple with peanut butter on. I also hate salad so I hope you find lots of healthy meal ideas. Pinterest is great if you search for healthy meal ideas.
