They're garbage. If they worked, I doubt there would be as many obese people in the world.

They're good for losing weight in your wallet. If you're losing weight, it's because of the 1200 calories, not the pill.

Diet pills don't work. But a good ole calorie deficit does!

If diet pills worked, would you need to stick to 1200 calories a day to lose? Think about it.

If diet pills really worked, why would we all be here counting calories and working so hard? Wouldn't we all be thin if there was a magic pill that caused weight loss??
Diet pills are a scam. They don't really work. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight. No pills necessary

If you could buy your way to being thin, would Oprah be overweight?

Most OTC diet pills have a disclaimer that say :In conjunction with diet and exercise. So what's working? The pill or the diet and exercise?

My 2 cents: skip the pills and figure out a reasonable calorie deficit.

I'm curious, OP, you want to compare what you're taking to what anyone else is taking, but you don't say what it is you're taking. So what are you taking? Was it prescription? If not, where did you get it, and who recommended it to you? Did they provide any studies or other information to back it up?

Back in the 90s, I lost 60 pounds on Phen/Fen...Fenfluramine was withdrawn from the market after it was shown to cause potentially fatal pulmonary hypertension and heart valve problems, and phentermine didn't do anything on its own.

That was my last experiment with diet pills.

Salmon & Fish Oils Omega - 3 Complex,
    Multivitamin + Mineral pill supplement,
    Omega 3-6-9 pill 1200mg.

    + Calorie restriction

    = weight loss

    P.S. today i ate 85746.jpg

And I will still be losing weight even if I eat it everyday.
(I finished whole icecream container, thats 1.5litre.

I think I found the solution - I bolded it for you .. you're very welcome
