So, I've lost 10kg so far. I want to up my exercise but what routine is best?

I still need to lose another 20kg.

Do I do . . .

• 30 mins of anything a day?
• 1 hour of anything a day?

•Cardo 4 times in a week and strength 3 times in a week?

• Have cardo days and then workouts targeting certain areas of my body the remaining days?

I just want to set myself up right and to help me lose the weight until ive reached my goal then to switch to not working out every day maybe 3 or 4 times a week.

Personally I lift 5-6 days/week for about 1 hr and I vary my workout everyday. I tend to focus on certain areas Back/Bicep; Chest/Tri; Shoulders/glutes, etc...this way those area's get a rest on the off days. Afterwards I will do about 30 min of cardio - again I vary it every time - someday's more of a steady state, some day's high intensity. It really depends on how much time you can give to your workouts. If you only have time to workout 3 days/week then I would do more of a full body weight training and higher intensity cardio. Good luck...the most important thing I think with work-outs is you enjoy them and you have a variety...keeps you motivated to return to the gym!

    What's the best restaurant?
    What's the best car?

There is no best. There's a general track that accounts for where you are and where you want to go. Your preferences and individual characteristics. That's what's "best".

    put clothes on
    put shoes on
    go workout

or go work out (clothing/shoes optional for at home worker-outers- and cross-fitters)
