Recipe Ideas For a 40/40/20 Split
I have been on a 40% Carbs / 40% Protein / 20% Fat Diet for several weeks now which is working great as maintaining weight and dropping body fat slowly which is my aim but any ideas for recipes that fit my macros?
My usual dinners would be mince steak, carrot & onion with Veg and Sweet Potato or Chicken and sweet potato or steak and sweet potato etc so any different meal ideas would be welcome for a bit of variation. Thanks

Just interested to see if any new meals that I could combine with what I already make. Something with approx equally carb to protein ratio with lower fat content.0
