Hi my name is Renee. I love the summer weather but hate my jiggly arms. Please if anyone has some suggestions on how to tone upper arms I would greatly appreciate it. I am limited to about 5lbs on dominate arm due to past injury. Thank you

I would just focus on losing the weight for now since you cannot lift. Losing 80 lbs will help your arm jiggle tremendously. May I ask what the past injury was to limit you to only 5 lbs? Have you spoken to your doctor or a trainer about this?0

Ditto. Even if you tone up your muscles you won't see them under the fat....sorry if that sounds harsh, but it is the truth. I have some gnarly biceps and can lift like a beast. But I still have 30ish pounds to lose so they don't look that great unless I flex and you feel them lol.0 -
Actually that makes me feel better.0

I was in a roll over accident and have a fused wrist and ular reduction. Limits movement.0 -

when you are ready, talk to a skilled trainer...they have alternate movements for everything, and can guide you. The trainers at my gym are amazing and customize movements according to everyones limitations. Good Luck!
