Carpet vs Tile

Which gives a better reading on a scale. My thought is tile...Can you settle a bet?

    Tile defo... carpet doesnt give an accurate reading AT ALL!!!!

    Yep tile. I think it's illegal to weigh on carpet (ha)!

    def tile... you can't weigh in on carpet. it's squishy.

    Tile. My Wii Fit Balance Board directions specifically says that if it's on carpet it won't be accurate. So I would bet the scale is the same way.

    Tile...the carpet absorbs some of the weight causing inaccurate readings...
