Hi everyone I'm guy
a little HELP HERE. currently I'm 5'8 205lbs 33yrs old, it fluctuates every other day/weeks between 205 to 210lbs, never pass 210 and never lower than 205 due to my daily exercise. I used to weight 160lbs about 2yrs 1/2 ago i started putting on weight due to poor diet and heavy eating. by january 2015 of this year i end up weight 230lbs this was my wake up call. i immediately open a gym membership (blink) and started working out about 1hr daily in the gym and 30mn at home when I'm off work and change my diet (by eating less no more than 2 hearty meals a day). within 3 to 4 weeks i lost about 20lbs. ever since then the weight just stop i still go to the gym regularly and still keep the same diet. my weight fluctuates from 205 to 210lbs (weigh myself daily). WHAT CAN I DO, WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FINISH WHAT I STARTED. i change my exercises routine, i run about 3 days a week 3.45 miles for avg 41mn. now I'm paying for a personal trainner for 3 weeks now and haven't seen no result. my last option would be boot camp. (i wanna go back to 160lb) any advice or help would be much appreciated.

Try weighing and measuring everything you eat. Log it into the food diary. You are probably eating more calories than you think. When you see exactly what you are eating, you'll know how much you need to cut back to begin losing weight again.0

It's not clear what diet plan you are talking about and it seems like you are not tracking your food. You loose weight by eating a calorie deficit. In order to insure you are eating in a deficit, you must keep a log/diary of the food you eat. You cannot exercise your way to finish what you started.
This will get you get you on the right path:

It's hard to answer these kinds of posts without more details. How long has it been since you last saw a drop on the scale? If it's only been a few weeks, especially if you've increased or changed your exercise routine recently, then it's possible that it's just a natural stall and will go away on its own.
Other than that, the most common problems we see come from underestimating calories eaten and overestimating calories burned.
Opening your diary might help to get you more specific advice if you're comfortable doing so.
You're logging everything you eat? Including condiments, cooking oils, veggies, cheat days, etc? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing your portion sizes? Most people can be off in their estimates by several hundred calories when they eyeball portions. Measuring cups are better, but a food scale is going to be the most accurate.

And make sure that you've calculated your calorie goals appropriately. Remember that these are just estimates. You may need to play around a little to find what works best for you.

If you're exercising and eating back your earned exercise calories, be sure that you're using accurate estimates of your burn. MFP and gym machines have a tendency to overestimate certain activities, which can cause you to eat back more calories than you need to. Even a heart rate monitor isn't 100% accurate. If you're eating those extra earned calories it might be a good idea to eat only 50-75% of those.
And there's something to be said for the fact that some people just burn fewer calories than the generic equations predict. If that's the case for you, you may need to adjust your calories a little lower until you start losing again.0 -

Just wanted to say I like your profile pic! Also from ny. When I was stuck I had to really start paying careful attention to everything and weigh and measure everything and switch up my excersize routine. Message me for questions.0

You may not be eating enough. You may want to change from 2 hearty meals to 5 smaller meals to keep your body burning through out the day.
I will send you an friend request. may be adding some additional support and accountability will help you stay on track. You can get through this plateau. Just need to switch some things up a bit.0
