Welcome to MFP, joining is the first step. I have been on MFP for about a month or so but didnt really start to "use" the site until last week when I joined Battle of the Bulge challenge--which is a great group of people let me tell you. So much encouragement and moderator for the challenge is great!

You can friend me if you like.

Hi everyone- I have been using MFP for about a month and lost 6 pounds. I went out of town to a wedding and came back with all of it gained back 6 days ago. It went away this week and I am now back to being down 6 pounds. This program really does have you looking at calories rather than points. I did WW and lost 25 # but it came back. I think the calorie and exercise approach is a great option and my experience last week of eating what I wanted showed me what healthy eating is all about. it is so difficult away from home.:flowerforyou:
