Starting over

Hey all. I am not actually new to this site but starting over again. My name is Dawn and I am 31 years old, homeschooling mom to 2. I stepped on a scale yesterday for the first time in a long time and got an ugly slap in the face. So time for me to take control back again. It's so hard but I am determined to do it.
