Need tips

Hi everyone, my name is Erica. I just had my second child and she just turn one I want to lose 15 pounds naturally. I'm not good in shakes, pills nothing like that. Any tips in what I should do and how? I'm started to walk today but what else should I do and eat as well?...

Not sure what kind of tips you are looking for
- Eat mainly nutrient dense foods.
- Weigh and log everything.
- Figure out your TDEE/starting point for a deficit... http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
You want to aim for a 500 calorie deficit a day between nutrition and exercise. If you are not exercising at the moment then it will just be nutrition alone. However, keep in mind that if you are breastfeeding, that uses up quite a bit of your nutrients so be conservative to start off with.

Thank you all very helpful... I want to do anything to lose these 15 pounds. I just can't go to a gym so I was thinking to eat less and walk in a park where I could take my kids and maybe doing treadmill or jillian Michaels video at home. What u think I should do?0
