Hi all, I'm from the UK (Sunny - or not so at the moment - Surrey), I joined a couple of years ago but gave up, am back and determined (2 stone down - 17lbs since re-starting here a few weeks ago), Looking for online friends to help motivate each other, please feel free to add me :-)

    Hi Lisa. I'm new here also. Trying to lose about 20 lbs. Watching calories at the moment but at some point need to start paying more attention to food choices. I take it way too much sodium.
