im struggling to get weight off. Stressed atm. N e tips plzx

    It's not easy, I won't sugarcoat it. You have to do it all the way through. No half measures. Eat clean exercise constantly but reward yourself with something yummy once a week to help keep the edge off. You should add Me as a friend so You can see the type of things I eat. I've lost 80lbs before and manage to keep most of the weight off for three years now.

    Okay, my advice is a bit different to above. I don't think you need to eat clean all the time and exercise constantly to lose weight. Eating clean is great, but it's hard for a lot of people. Just controlling your portion sizes will help. Still to the calories allocated to you by MFP and you will lose weight.

    You can lose weight without exercising at all! But it's always good to incorporate some exercise in if you can.

    Slow and steady is the best way to lose weight for long term maintenance. Aim for 1-1.5lb a week. And take it one day at a time. If you mess up and eat too much on one day, don't let it ruin the week. Just get back on it the next day.

    Plan your food for the day in advance so that you can stick to your calorie allowance.
