It's time for Mom to look after herself

Need motivation..... I'm a mother of three the youngest is 1 years of age and I have two teenagers. Time for for the old habits to be replaced with new ones.... I'm dress size 20 and need to lose weight safely, would love to be a dress size 16. Motivation Needed where do I start???? Any ideas please feel free to add me

    Start slowly! Work out your calorie allowance with MFP for slow weight loss. Aim for 1-1.5lb a week for long-term weight loss, and to keep your diet maintainable. Don't go into diet mode and eat dust and salad. Slow and steady is the name of the game.

    Take it one day at a time. If you mess up one day, don't let it ruin the week. You're in this for the long-term!

    Hi everyone, it is time for mom! My kids are now grown and have babies of their own so it is my time. I'm just not sure how to allow myself time for myself, if that makes sense
