I have been using the app on my android for a couple of weeks now, so I thought I should check out the website.
my goal is to control my eating as I am terrible at portion sizes lol........:smile:

    Hi,

    The first time i ever went on a diet, it turned out that it was all to do with portion sizes and i lost 6 lbs in my first weeks (and i cut out alcohol) And BAM! It just dropped off.

    I'd say get some scales to measure everything. I know it sounds mad, but you'd be suprised when you have cereal for breakfast that most people tip out twice the recommended amount or more.

    Pasta is my downfall (oddly, that's what i'm having tonight!) It''s just too easy to keep piling it on the plate..

    My biggest down fall in chocolate..........
    I gave up smoking a year ago and kind of replaced it with chocolate.......
    I would like to get back to the same size I was when I got married 5 years ago.......
