Hi, I had a gastric sleeve November 12,2014. would be happy to motivate you. I was slowing down on my weight-loss but my fitbit (mother's day gift) synced with my fitness pal really working. Big hint: don't take in extra calories you are given because you exercised. Keep to what they figured originally each day. Don't have a fitbit? No problem, there are lots of free apps for your phone that will measure your steps if you carry your phone with you. Plus my fitness pal you can manually enter exercise.
