17 pounds gone...can't believe the difference...

So I don't know if it's just me trying to see what I want to see but I can see a difference. Just one month...

Today I put on a pair of jeans and zipped them with ease. I haven't worn jeans in over a year...

    Way to go! When I first started I took progress pictures every 10lbs I lost. I couldn't see it at first, but once you have a bunch of photos next to each other it becomes really encouraging.

    I see the difference in your stomach and arms!! I wish I would've taken pictures, I actually cut up all my pics because I hated looking at myself so now I have nothing to compare to! But yes, there is definitely a difference and you should be very proud of yourself! Congratulations!!

    Well I am glad it isn't just me. Lol. I am going to have to find an easier way to take a series of photos, that bathroom mirror is too hard to line up with

    Even if you couldn't see a difference (and I can!) wearing clothes you couldn't wear before is a fantastic Non Scale Victory and proves there is one!! Sometimes clothing is the best way to see it. You're doing great!!

    So far I have just been eating healthier. I have been depressed for years due to a rough marriage/divorce. Something snapped last month and I decided enough was enough. Got rid of 210 pounds of useless emotional weight (my ex husband lol) and told myself it was time to get healthy. I have been watching my calories, cut out almost all sugar, drink more water, and lowered carbs. I am going to try and start working in exercise now.

    Even though I lost no weight when I went to Disney I could tell I still lost inches. I had a hard time buckling the seat belt on the plane on the way down there but on the ride back I buckled with ease and with room left to spare. I was a great feeling
