Hi I'm Matt. It's time for me to shed some weight and this time keep going! I 39 and I just keep getting rounder. So I'm working out and starting to watch what I eat, which isn't easy because I love to grill and am pretty good at it. My biggest weakness is chefs bites. Little things I throw together for the guys running the grill. When you look at them they are pretty much hand held calorie bombs. You know the type of things I'm talking about, you see them posted on Facebook all of the time. I'll just have to find better alternatives. I'm working with a trainer three days a week and will be starting couch to 5k soon. Anybody know how many times I'll have to go from the couch to the fridge equals a 5k?
