Anybody got any advice on how to curb these late night sugar attacks. I will wake up every night and crave something sweet. It's mainly chocolate but it cupcakes right now and I don't care for them.....lol. I've got fresh fruit in my house and no chocolate. I've used gum during the day and water. Any other ideas

Make sure your calories goal is adequate for your nutritional needs. You may be waking up needing sugar because you're eating too little during the day.
Also treat yourself to a little chocolate. I eat it almost everyday.

Don't focus on not eating sugar, just focus on getting both what you need and want at the times that best suit you. Basically, you can fit in late night cupcakes if that's what you really want.

I try to keep things like strawberries, sugarless gum, cereal, and even popsicles in the house.

Are you getting enough sleep? I sometimes get sugar attacks when I am tired and need sleep.
