Im exercising 5-6 hours a week, intake 1260...Im234....shoulnt I be losing more? what am I doing wrong?

how much have you lost? are you eating back your exercise calories? your net calorie intake should be 1200 at least.0

What about carbs, and fat compared to protein?0

I think you eating to little maybe... I work out 4-5 times a week and I was 234 two weeks ago. This site tells me to eat 1200 without exercise and over 1000 cals more when i do - if you dont your body may be holding on to everything instead of letting it go.... Today my scale was 222.4 - so eating more as weird as it sounds; kinda works0

I hear ya, exactly like me... I have been over 4 weeks on this and lost 3 lbs :-(
I stick w/ the calories they recommend 1200 and exercise 5 days a week..... weight is not coming off.....Rainyday99 you are very very lucky to drop 10 lbs in 2 weeks...... Good work...... But Josephine237 I am at my wits end as the weight isn't budging.....Hang in there.....0 -
