Hello, I am Cynthia.
I'm getting back on the horse! I would like to lose over 100lbs. I have no timeline in mind. Just a steady road to healthier me. My new approach is reducing added sugar/ carbs from my eating plan. This seems to be my trigger and struggle.
I would love some new friends and any advice you have to share.

Hi Cynthia. I am Rhonda and you are welcome to friend request me. i started MFP last April and lost 56 pounds. Started at 192 and I am now at 135 and I think I am done. I have been this same weight for a couple of months - still logging food and mostly staying within macros and still working out around five times a week. My advice: stay consistent with food and exercise. Mix weight lifting and cardio for exercise If you can afford it, find a personal trainer to work with you as little as 30 minutes a week to give you exercise ideas, food ideas, and keep you motivated. Don't deny yourself any one food, but do keep in moderation. Also - ark chocolate kisses are the best! Only 20 calories and usually one or two satisfies.0
