Hi all,
I started using this app back in January was doing great with it up until mid-February/Early March. 17 y/o trying to lose weight (especially before college and wanting to NOT gain the "freshie 15.") So now I'm just looking for others also on the same journey to keep encouraging each other to work out and eat right.

Staying focused is the most difficult part , if you lost 15 already then that's a great accomplishment ! Keep it up! I'm in my first 5 pounds and it is really hard so you are not alone !0

Thanks! A lot of my problem is what I eat- so that's what I'm going to be working on now. I currently go to physical therapy and I do kickboxing twice a week. Once the weather is nicer I'm going to start running again. So I have the ambition to work out, it's just the food I eat.0
