Anyone doing Slimming World plan ?

Hi Everyone,
I joined MFP tonight as I believe the people & support here are sooo Amazing , so Well Done and Congrats to ye all.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I an just a regular woman with lots of pounds to lose in the hope of a Healthy & Happier life.
I would like to make some Friends on this page so we can help each other get to our own goals.
I promise to give you as much support as I can . We are all here for the same reason so lets just help each other out .
If you would like to be my weight loss Buddy , please Add me to your friend list.
I plan on joining Slimming World tomorrow so any help/advice would be very welcome.

Hi!
Welcome to MFP.
This is not meant to be harsh, but the Slimming World plan doesn't seem to make much sense to me. It says you can have all the pasta, rice, fruit, etc. that you want and not count it. That is a recipe for exceeding your calorie goal every day and seeing zero results.
My advice:
Find a reasonable calorie deficit and eat that
Log properly: weigh all solids and measure your liquids
Do some exercise. I lift to keep my muscle mass and a little bit of cardio so I can have treats in my diet.
