Hello All,
I'm excited to be here and I found out about the site through the Laila Ali Fitness Challenge. It's bigger than the challenge for me, but I am grateful that it lead me here and I am ready to be healthier for me and my family.

    Good for you!! I too was so excited to find this site, it has helped me so much in less than 3 months. I can't wait to log on each day, see how I do learning to eat healthier and logging my exercise.
