Hi! My name is Heather. I was doing so well with diet and exercise about 2 years ago. Since then I have gotten married, I work and I have 3 teenage boys and one college aged daughter. I am in Nursing school and I turn 40 in September. Let's just say I'm happy but stressed. So I eat. I hope to change those habits and start doing something good for my mind as well as my body.

Hello my name is Allisha. I too was doing well with weight lost about 2-3 years ago and I thought I was maintaining until I tried on some clothes and they wouldn't fit anymore....so I decided to start watching what I ate and rejoined a local gym. I recently got on the scale and literally was embarrassed. So now I'm back to choosing the correct foods and exercising. I am 40 and want to drop at least 20 pounds by my birthday in July. I know I have a long road ahead but my ultimate goal is to loose 40-50 pounds.0

Hi from Lisa in North Carolina. I was doing great on WW about 2 years ago - had lost about 40 pounds. Then had foot surgery and since then put it all back on and then some. I am 44 years old, have two boys, ages 14 and 8, and work a full time job. I have a wonderful husband, but he works nights, so I'm a "single" mom every night during the week. I enjoy working out - so I've gotten back in the gym - and by using this app, I'm watching everything that I eat. It's helping a lot. Part of my desire to lose weight is that I feel that at this age, it's now or never. I'm also up for a possible promotion at work at the end of the year and if I get it, I'll have to dress up a bit more - dresses, jackets, etc. At my current weight (240), those types of clothes are not comfortable. So . . . wish me luck!0

I saw a quote the other day that fits for most of us myself included "Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant." Surround yourself with support and stay positive! It is hard and I am not perfect, but if I can do what i have so far anyone can!0

Welcome Heather. Life always seems to conspire to make me too busy to live healthfully. Haha. Sounds like you're pretty busy too. I figure, though, we'll eventually get this all figured out. Good luck!0
