I've been doing really good logging all my foods & exercising up until yesterday. I've been feeling so discouraged lately & just want to stay on track but really finding it hard to do so. ):

    One day off isn't big.... Many days off is. Have you been to the point where you feel the other way (when you don't go you feel bad)? If so then I would REALLY not worry about a down day. So many people, INCLUDING ME, try to be so rigid that they give up. Go with the flow, but go to the gym and try to eat right. Look at a lot of exercise programs.... A lot of them allow a cheat day. It is good for your mental state to say screw it every so often and grab a beer and socialize then get back on track the next day.
    Good luck and ensure you go to the gym most days, make friends, and make it something you look forward to.
