I did 2 miles on the treadmil today. Working on doing a 2 mile walk June 4th for our Riverrun
For awhile I was messing with the incline and speed.
I want to work on getting it done under 30 mins.
Should I keep it with no incline and 3.0 or what to get it around/under 30 mins?
Thank

You should try to get it at a harder level so that its easier to do your walk in June.0

3.0 is a 20 minute mile, so you need to bump it up if you want to do 2 in under 30. 4.0 is a 15 minute mile, but I'd train at 4.5+ to account for terrain. Also - what is the environment of the race? Is it hilly? Are you in a humid climate? Those are things that should be considered too.0

Flat surface. I will start bumping it up. Its not really humid here in Ks yet. Might be by the River. Depending on weather.
Thanks for the input0
