Hard Boiled Eggs

I find eggs to be lean and filling. Boil 6 medium sized eggs for 8-10 minutes. Eat 2 eggs after a workout, and refrigerate the rest of the eggs. If you get hungry, just eat an egg - 70 calories only! Add salt and pepper to some extra taste.

Make soy sauce eggs by peeling your eggs and putting them back in a hot pot with a couple spoonfuls of soy sauce. Roll the eggs around until the soy sauce thickens and stains (and flavors) the eggs. The longer you do it, the darker and more flavorful the eggs get. Keep it up until they're very dark bronze-brown and they'll be delicious!
Or, don't peel the eggs, just crack them gently all over, and soak them in hot tea. Strong tea with a smoky flavor like Lapsang Souchong is the best, but any tea will do. You can also add spices and flavorings like a dash of soy sauce or some peppercorns. Leave them in the tea overnight in the fridge, then peel them the next day. You should have a marble design on the eggs from the tea stain, and a very nice flavor.0 -

Interesting. They can get rather plain sometimes, when they're cold especially... this should give them a kick!0
