Has anyone done any? I'm going to do some crunches with them today and just mess around with them

I do a couple. I use a 4lb one when I can find it in the gym.
I sit in the ground and put my legs in front of me, elevated and criss-cross them (if you want you can just stick your legs straight out in front of you). Make sure they are in the air, you'll be balancing on your butt, it looks a little strange but have you seen people use stability balls? I have no clue how they get themselves in those weird positions. Hold the medicine ball in both hands in front of you, slowly swing your arms with the ball from one side to the other almost touching the floor. If you engage your abs by sucking in you can really feel it. I hope this makes sense. I try and do multiple sets of 15.
Another one I do is with a Bosu Ball (the large domed blue squishy thing). Stand on top of the squishy side and hold a medicine ball in both hands. Raise your hands over your head, medicine ball in hand, while you are standing straight up, then slowly squat down to what is doable, lower your arms and stick them out, parallel with the floor. When you rise up your arms will go over your head.
I hope all of this makes sense!0 -
