I know what you mean, this is the 5th day in a row I have been under my calories & was actually told I should eat more(that's a 1st for me). My exercise level has increased as well. I am feeling really great..0

My kids are always begging for snacks in the afternoon, and it's hard to resist.
I find hummus and rice cakes or rice crackers always tide me over.0
