Water is a big help for me!! And eating 100 calorie packs of peanuts help so much. Healthy fat and they calm down the cravings0

All of the above for me! Sometimes water or tea helps. Getting enough sleep definitely helps!! Exercise takes my appetite away for a while. Sometimes I just have to feed the craving. Protein helps me feel full longer which can help prevent cravings.
Fiber is also good. I find it just as filling as protein.0 -
Water, staying busy, staying away from the kitchen, gum. Prelogging at night, since night is when I'm most likely to eat when I'm not hungry. Eating lots of protein helps. I also like to say out loud to myself something to the effect of "I'm not hungry anymore." Also the knowledge that the first bite of something tastes the best- I don't need to eat too much of anything to satisfy a craving.0

Nothing. If I stop craving food, I'm probably dead.0

Eating the food I'm craving. Or, alternatively, logging it before I go to get it and realizing it doesn't fit into my day.0

If it fits in my calorie bank, I'll just eat it. However, I'm learning that, sometimes, this isn't the best way to go for me. I was craving a certain treat from Starbucks for almost a week before I finally caved and ordered one. I took one bite and was so disappointed. It was, probably, one of the grossest things I've ever eaten. I logged the one bite and moved on. The positive part is that, now, I just remember that nasty bite of disappointment whenever I get a craving for something that isn't good for my body. It's been helpful0
