hello you lot :) mfp has given me the platform to achieve something I never thought possible. I am so much happier and healthier- I had got to a pretty dark place with my self esteem and taking control has helped me on so many levels :) I still have 4lb to my first goal of 161lb (11 1/2 St) which takes me to the top of my healthy bmi but I do want to go a bit further after that- I'm enjoying exercising (shock horror!!) and being in control of my food. I have done it on 1200 calls I know many peeps disagree with this but it works for me here are some pics :))) ps bought this dress for my bros wedding in July :))))) x x Ps not my baby ...     Thank you x x x I do :) still a waY to go ( gosh some peeps start on here at my cw ;) but I guess it's how I feel that counts :) did this to help me stay on track really as I got lost in snacks for a few weeks :)))
