always... either you are eating too little or you are an emotional eater.0

How long have you been doing this on MFP? It says you have 10 pounds to loose..
And what does always hungry mean? Please clarify how long you have been eating at deficit? How many calories you consume a day? Are you weighing and logging food accurately? Do you do an insane amount of exercise? etc. etc. etc.

could be a few things , too little food , too many sugars will make you hungry , too large meals can also do it ,stretches the stomach and then when its going back to normal you can feel hungry.
feeling hungry can be a really good thing , i hope i get hungry before my next meal so i know my body is ready for the meal.0 -
try having a big glass of water then brushing your teeth - wait 15 mins and you'll prob find you're actually not hungry0

I lost most of my goal weight without feeling hungry very often - but as I have upped my calories, I sometimes have weeks that I am constantly hungry. Can't explain it right now.0

I found that by eating more of my calories in the morning and at lunch, plus an afternoon snack, I was less hungry and that helped with my desire to snack in the evening.0

Yes. I almost always feel hungry and it's super annoying! Are your daily calorie goals on the lower side? Mine are, and it's exhausting to constantly have to think and plan and worry about food. I hate how one little slip can blow the whole day.
My cal target is around 1200-1400 a day right now because I have a lot of weight to lose and I have a slow metabolism (I had it checked at a doctor's office recently), and the idea of possibly feeling constantly hungry for the next however many months, or maybe forever, is frustrating. I'm going back to the doctor in a week for bloodwork and to come up with some kind of plan, and I'm hoping that at least knowing I'm on the right track rather than arbitrarily picking a diet I think will be good will help me get through feeling hungry.
What kind of plan are you on right now?0 -

Remember "Small" is very relative. Try to find a nice balance of calorie intake with the most coming from breakfast and going down from there. I never feel hungry but I drink about 150 fluid oz of water daily.0 -
Great ideas - thanks for the support - more water and 5 small meals for me this week.0

Until I cut sugar and white flour out of my diet I used to feel hungry all the time. The simple step of not including sugar in my morning coffee made such a huge difference in my morning hunger pangs.0
