How many days a week do you exercise?

I usually only do 5 days (mon-fri) but on a perfect week I fit 7 x 50-60min sessions in those 5 days. There is usually some walking around on the weekends with my family too.0

7
3 days of lifting
3 days of running followed by sprint intervals
1 day cycling (I consider this a recovery workout)
That's when I do what I'm supposed to do. I usually miss a workout or two. I try to average 90 minutes a day including warmup, cooldown and stretching.
7 days for me too
2 days of lifting
3 days of running
1 days of zumba
1 day walking 5 miles (recovery / very low impact)0 -

I'm stupid. I over work. I work out 6 days a week and lift 6 days a week. I lift first then do some type of cardio.0
-
I do heavy lifting, 3x a week for about 35 mins. and Zumba 1-2 days a week for an hour.0
-
I aim for five days but may only get in four. Right now, I try and do boot camp three times a week (one hour class). Then cardio/weights (30 min each) two times a week.0

I usually do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week. I also do 90 minutes of Strength training twice a week.0

I have NOT had a day off since Christmas day of "2009". My day off is a slow walk for how far I feel like going. Usually 2 miles!0

I workout six days a week, anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours a day. The most intense is when I workout with my trainer, or do a high cardio day. One day a week I bike anywhere from 15-25 miles, or walk 4.5 miles through hills, and then free weights. I haven't burned out yet, but if I ever need an extra day off, I take it.0

I make sure to give myself a rest day. So, I only work out 6 days a week. On Sunday (my rest day) I usually walk 2-3 miles with the dogs, but don't do any strenuous cardio. I heard it's best to give your body time to heal.
My workouts usually include running for 5-6 miles or spinning and kick boxing if it's nasty out or I'm really busy. I also like to lift small free weights (5lbs) for about 5-7min. and abdominal workout (5-7 min) every day so I can keep the rest of my body toned.0 -
Six days a week for for a minimum of 90 minutes of vigorous exercise ( >60 to 85% of HRR-Heart Rate Reserve).
If I'm not in my zone (130 to 158bpm) I'm not exercising.0 -
Cardio 3 times / week at least an hour. Any cardio I do is intervals and heart rate more than 150 ( usually can easy exercise at 160 and over for longer time ) . Other days weights at home. Additionally I do a few sets of push-ups ( min 30-40 reps ) everyday, any stairs at work I run. For me it's perfect conditioning, every few weeks I can see improvements ( especially endurance ).0

Mondays: 15 minutes cardio; weight training (chest/biceps) for 45 minutes.
Tuesdays: 45 minutes of cardio (15 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes lifecycle, 15 minutes jumping rope). Also my weekly cheat day foodwise.
Wednesdays: 15 minutes cardio; weight training (legs/triceps) for 45 minutes
Thursdays: Off-day or 45 minutes of cardio (Arc Trainer)
Friday: 15 minutes cardio; weight training (back/shoulders) for 45 minutes
Saturday: 60 minutes of cardio (45 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes lifecycle) and 15 minutes of sit-ups
God Bless!

I don't actually exercise-exercise (as in I don't workout). But I live in DC so I walk at least 30 minutes a day just getting to and from places. During the weekends, when I'm not obligated to be as active, I usually try to walk somewhere. Today and yesterday I walked to shops a mile each way. I like getting my exercise in without having to spend extra time doing it/getting too tired and sweaty.0

7 days a week for me as well:
Sunday: Speed run
Monday: Spinning
Tuesday: Speed run + kickboxing
Wednesday: Pilates or Yoga (I consider this my "rest/recovery" day)
Thursday: Long slow run
Friday: Spinning

If I'm sore or stiff from running, spinning/pilates/yoga makes it feel better.0 -
I do three (and ideally four) days a week at the gym doing a mixture of cardio and bodyweight weights stuff. I'm really trying to push the cardio at present as I need to work on my endurance.
On top of that, I do a bunch of taiko (either classes or private practice for an upcoming competition) a couple of times a week. Never less than an hour at a time, and sometimes up to three hours' worth - I'd say that's an extra 5 hours a week, maybe?0 -
I'm doing 30Day Shred workout 5 days a week, then I go cycling on a Sunday for about 4 hours (I have Saturday off to recover)0
