Angry Rap such as: Eminem, Dr. Dre, DMX.. etc

Funny thing is it's about the only time I listen to it.

    Papa Roach
ACDC (Old) such as the "TNT, Highway to Hell, Back in Black" ext.
    DMX
    Eminem
    Nirvana
    Pop Evil
    Seether

Or I just listen to songs that remind me of someone else whom thinks they were/are better then me cause of size, or someone whom done me wrong. It makes me run 2X as fast as I was and longer, it causes some kind of mind change to prove them all wrong and that I CAN do it.

Mainly upbeat music though, something that will hype you up.

Mumford & Sons--some of their songs have a really nice fiddle rhythm. Otherwise, I kick it old school pop with Backstreet Boys, Right Said Fred, Something Blue, N*Sync and add in some Gaga. Anything that I can sing along with usually makes the time pass more quickly cause I forget I'm working out!

I listen to pretty much anything when I workout.... from Bullet for my Valentine to Daft Punk to Metric and even Lady Gaga. If it's music, it's probably on my iPod.

I listen to so many different songs, groups, genres, but one I like in particular is "Badass" by Saliva!! :D
  • Brokencyde
    Eminem
    DMX
    Swollen Members
    Twistd
    Disturbed
    2-Pac

Those are the main ones I listen too. I need ones that get Krunk and make me want to fight. Now if I am just out for a walk or something I can listen to anything but these are the ones when I am working out hardcore!!

I use Pandora on my iPod and type in a hip hop song I like and it makes a playlist of other hip hop songs that keep me going.
  • I find 'Eye of the Tiger' always makes me push TOO hard and be spent afterwards, but great as a final song ;-)
For running anything with a constant beat.
Progressive house is wonderful at building the intensity as you tire. Current playlist favourites

    Deadmau5
    Justice
    Boys Noize

Adam Lambert, and when that gets boring, Avenged Sevenfold.
