New to this

I have started to have a healthy eating today as I want to lose weight , love to have this app so I can share experiences and at the same time to encourage myself through this.

    The most important thing you can do to facilitate that sharing spirit is to to fill out your profile. Don't be afraid to share your diary either, other people can help you remain accountable to yourself and all the goals you set for yourself.

    I did this probably 2 yrs. ago and right back where I began then. I know I need to remain consistent with my program this time if I will be able to maintain. I am thankful for the ease of this calorie counter and website. This is my second day and it has not been to bad.

    Just keep up with it! Especially if you fall behind or slip up -- then you can look back and shee what you don't want to do again

    Yeah I know exactly how you feel and it's easy to fall behind but I'm sure if you have a bit of encouragement that can help to keep up! I have slipped up many times, but now I feel determine, I want to have that wellbeing feeling :smile:
