How to calculate Crossfit/Crossing Training Exercise

How do you calculate crossfit/cross training into my personal exercise program? Or add it into my exercise type?

My trainer at my Crossfit gym said to estimate between 400-600 calories per workout. I go by how long the WOD is and what level I did. At my gym we have levels 1-3 and then RX level0

They say aprox 14 cals per min give or take. Depends on a lot of factors including intensity and weight etc if lift involved etc0

Too many variables to tell to be honest.
Log it as Circuit Training, General and the errors should net off0
