Quick breakfast

hey, find it hard to eat in the morning. I am managing a couple of digestives. Is there something else I could try?

    You don't have to eat in the morning if you don't want to. It's not going to affect your weight loss either way (there's no magic "metabolism boost" from eating breakfast). Eat your calories later if that is better for you.

    Only a problem if you are binge eating later. I generally have either porridge or weetabix+yougurt for breakfast

    I've been having 1 grapefruit doesn't give you that full feeling and easy to get on with your day and I agree with spenry aslong as your not binging later on
