I've been using My fitness first for at least 3 weeks, but I'm showing no weight loss. What am I doing wrong. I think over the three weeks I have only gone over my calories twice.

Please can some one advise where I may be going wrong.

    What are your macros like? (Protein, carbs and fat)

    carbs seem to be high cos I'm a vegetarian. fats and protein are below recommend allowance. if I don't eat carbs I get really hungry

    I would try to watch your sugars and your carbs, especially bad carbs like white bread and pasta. Try upping your protein through things like beans and whey. Good fats to eat are almonds, avacado, olive oil, eggs (also good protein). Would also recommend eating steel cut oats everyday. Great source of carb
