5'3" 89lb Need help gaining weight back

I have a bad stomach (fried, fatty, spicy foods mainly). Sometimes even peanut butter hurts my stomach. I'm trying to find healthy weight to gain weight, that is easy on the stomach. :/

    How do you do with supplements? Protein bars or drinks like ensure?

    This calculator from the Baylor College of Medicine will tell you
    how many servings of various food groups to eat to maintain any
    certain weight.

    If you know your healthy goal weight (based on BMI), use that.
    Otherwise, play with the numbers to get the BMI in a healthy range
    (18.5 - 24.9).

    Eat what you're able to tolerate, only more of it.
    Focus on things which are heavy in nutrients _and_ calories.
    Can you have dairy? Try regular (not lite or nonfat) cheese & yogurt.
    Fatty fish is healthy.
    Rice, beans, lentils.

    And yes, this might be a good use for 'meal replacement shakes'.
    Check with your doctor &/or dietician for more ideas.

    How about avacados, they are good for you and have good fats..

    Why do you keep posting this calculator which is specifically for children? There are no children on the forum.

    That usually works but they get expensive after a while.
