Suggestions

After 4 /2 years of working out 6 days a week I don't have the desire to workout anymore. I still go to the gym and try but my heart is not in it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my motivation back and enjoy this again?

    Try a new form of exercise, join a new class or mix it up a bit?

    If you've been doing the same thing for so long you may just need some variety.
