starting insulin injections June 3 need Diabetes friends

Hi everyone I need a group of friends who are diabetics and using insulin in any form to help me get motivated to keep on track with salads raw veggies and bbq protein food to get off carbs and diet cola and to loose 20 pounds by Oct...I have been on Metformin for 10 years and it is no longer working...will accept any friends of any age ..just need to see how you deal with insulin and your low carb diet I do not like sweets but have a insane craving for artisan bread and salty crackers..omg... faint..

    Hi Diane question i know i need to keep insulin in frig but i have read injecting cold insulin is painful is that where you roll it in your hand to warm it up ...
